We specialise in assessing executives for appointments to Chief Executive, Board, other senior positions and also for international roles where there is a need to work across national boundaries and become quickly effective in unfamiliar cultural settings.
We use a range of highly effective and leading edge assessment methods which can include, psychometric questionnaires, performance interviews, simulations and 360° feedback. Our assessments
focus particularly on measuring how leaders tackle unfamiliar problems and deal with complexity, using a newly developed computer based assessment tool (the CPP) The assessment process can be undertaken via one to one profiling or Talent
and Learning centres, a new process we have pioneered which takes assessment and development centres to a new level.
The result is a rigorous and comprehensive assessment of leadership capability including an assessment of both current effectiveness and future potential for different types of role.
