People who are unfulfilled or frustrated about their current life situation are unlikely to give of their best at work. Personal Directions® is a valuable assessment tool which we use to help individual executives re-assess the time and energy they are putting into various aspects of their lives and to find ways of re-balancing these to achieve a greater sense of personal fulfilment. The feedback report creates a structured process within which individuals can explore their motivations, examine how these have affected the choices they have made in different areas of their lives, and consider what actions they may wish to take in the future. Personal Directions® can be used in the context of leadership development, transition coaching, and career and life planning programmes.

The purpose of the programme is to:

	Present individuals with feedback on where they see themselves in a number of life sectors
	Assess in which areas individuals are currently gaining satisfaction or feeling dissatisfied
	Suggest ideas individuals can consider as they evaluate and review their current personal and career choices and options for change
	Create a structure individuals can use to develop strategies for reaching objectives while building on what they have already accomplished
	Make transitions more successful by helping individuals understand where and why they have invested their energies and what payoffs they are getting from those investments
