Our Approach

Executives with the potential for senior roles within an organisation, and those who have already reached high office, need to continue the process of learning and personal development if they are to make best use of their talents within the context of a changing business environment.

We have developed a unique coaching model known as slow coaching which is applicable for both of these scenarios and which helps executives to acquire the skills of reflection and learning from their experience, so that they can continue to grow and adapt without the need for never ending support.

As well as supporting leaders in their current roles, our approach can be particularly valuable when an individual is making the transition to a new role, either through promotion or recruitment. This is a particular challenging time for the individual and coaching in this context can help ensure that the individual is able to make a quick and effective impact.
