360° feedback processes are central to our leadership development strategies. By assessing the impact a leader has on the people around them, 360° processes provide a highly focused springboard for personal change and a platform from which to plan personal development. We
have extensive experience of using sophisticated and internationally normed leadership 360° instruments, and we also design bespoke questionnaires for our clients, usually based on in-house capability models.
We have also designed my 360, a simple on-line process that enables executives to obtain for themselves regular feedback focused specifically on their own development objectives. Typically we conduct training for managers and in-house facilitators
to enable them to feedback and work with the results.
